I am Aidan and I am the founder of ATF learning.  The business was established in 2017 and I have had the pleasure of working with a range of business to develop their people and improve their performance.

I specialise in Leadership and Management Development working with a range of people managers from new team leaders to senior managers and have had extensive experience of delivering leadership development programmes in both the private and public sector.

Before setting up my consultancy, I have held L&D and Organisational Development roles with Ascensos, Devro plc  & A G Barr Soft Drinks plc. Key responsibilities at Barr included, Leadership development, Performance Management design and process, Digital Learning, Employee Engagement, Investors in People accreditation and developing and embedding their award winning Behavioural framework “Barr Behaviours”.

Prior to joining Barr Soft Drinks, I worked in the public sector with Strathclyde Regional Council and Glasgow City Council in a variety of HR and L&D roles. Key achievements here include developing and delivering an annual training course programme for managers within Glasgow Schools. Operated as an Internal consultant, delivering a range of programmes for 2 large departments Education and Land Services.

I hold qualifications from Glasgow Caledonian and Strathclyde University. I am a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development, a qualified Executive Coach, member of the British Psychological Society and I am MBTI, DISC and Insights Discovery accredited.

When I am not working, I enjoy the Theatre, football and playing golf badly!  Most of my time is taken up dog walking with my faithful companion Ozzie!
